This tank has been set up for a couple weeks now.
Iv been testing my water every couple days and everything is now perfect. I started out with live rock. The tank is was in had no lights because the owner was parting everything out.

One of the rocks had what looked like worms or something. They looked dried up. Now they look like they are coming to life but they are not worms. They are growing something!?

Below are what some look like before they are "coming to life" and the second pic is what they are looking like after they "come to life"

    any ideas?

Second image looks like a feather duster. I'm sure the website Corailline provided you most likely has reproductive info on all of the hitchhikers. I've seen a few really nice-looking feather dusters (but of course, the lights are a big factor in that)
