I added Macro Algae to my tank, and this crab along with two mushrooms hitched a ride.

    Which crab is this?

Scarlet Reef Hermit. They get a bit larger than the Blue- or Red-Leg Hermits, but are usually mostly harmless. Providing a small chunk of fish or shrimp flesh 2 - 3 times per month will thwart any opportunistic tendencies.

Cool shell he's got, there. He'll need a few extras as he grows, though. The ones for land hermits will be fine as long as they're not painted.

The Scarlet Reef Hermit has yellow eye stalks and smooth legs; the Red-Leg, OTOH, has red eye stalks and lighter bumps on it's legs and claws.
