Scarface is doing something  right


 
Default need help with id

When I purchased my LR, I saw this on it. It looked like a sponge or something that had died. Well I noticed the other day that there are polyps extending on it and it's developing green colour. Does anyone know what it is?

hard to tell from the pic... Is it soft or hard? Could be an encrusting sps of some sorts, but hard to tell from the pic.
