Need help with ID. I know it's an anemone but wha kind? Wife got it at LFS....well my son picked it out for me. They didn't get the name.
Also if this is an anemone what's it attached too? Appears to be some kind of coral. I need help on this because I currently don't have any coral in my tank.
Also 2.0 will my 6 Line Wrasse damage it? He's been cleaning it and not sure if that is good or bad.
Can see my Derasa next to it.

    Thanks in advance!

Edit. Sorry no idea why pic is sideways.

Torch coral ;) Nice piece and happy birthday! The Wrasse is probably just picking pods off of the base.

Ha thanks everyone. Well looks like I have my first piece of coral. And by the sounds of it a good piece. Was $80, assuming that's good for a healthy piece like this. So cool. My first coral!!
Part of the reason I needed to ID is to make sure I can take care of it. I have good lighting. Will need to work on extra filtration.

What about food? Is it like an anemone where a host may feed?
Or do I need to feed it?
Also since I'm asking. What about location? It's high on a big rock.

Thanks! I'm pretty excited about it! Lost my Maxima but gained a healthy torch coral. Sweet!!

You guys are the best. Thanks for helping me with info

Does it matter that one branch was broken off? Do I need to do anything with that? Wasn't sure if that made the piece weak/sick/etc.

    Thanks
