I bought this from LFS it was under all blue lights and was actually green color. Ive moved it into my tank and started at mid light and it began to dull in color and lose its green. Im guessing this is because of the increased light because I put it under my HO T5. 2 white 1 blue 1 purple at about mid way. The coral has little polyps that pop out of all the cracks too you cant see in the picture. Anyone know what this is and maybe where it should be located? I placed it high up in medium flow after i noticed it was really beginning to dull in color and lose its green- its not bleaching.water parameters are gooood.

Looks like a montipora undata. Lower the coral to regain the color. That has been my experience with T5HO and green corals.

That actualy looks more like a Montipora spongodes to me! Easy coral to care for! grows fairly quickly and likes higher flow.
