Have seen snail before...don't remember name...but as I recall it is a "good thing"...may you be blessed with many more...

| Called Stomatella varia, very proliphic snail. they will multiply to dozens within 2 months. Good algae grazers, and a welcome addition to any reef tank.  |

| Thanks for the resonses, Now it sounds as its a good thing but im not to sure I would like a army of them .
Can they reproduce by them selves? or do you need a pair |

| I started off with one (that I know of) on some rubble that I used to seed my tank... I now (3 months later), have about 9 or 10 on my glass alone at any time. I can only imagine how many are grazing away on my reef. Still good little guys to have around (free CUC) |
