I used a 10 TPI blade - try to find a blade with zero set (the points are not bent to either side from center). I actually used a standard blade and used a hammer to remove the set. The blades also do not last very long before they dull and start to heat up. I was able to cut about 10 to 12 feet be for the chips started to change from rough squared chips to little balls. That's the time to change blades out.

| i would think a JIGSAW would not make a straight cut the blade would bend all over the place you need to be exact. When i use a table saw i use a candle to coat the blade and i cut it very slow.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-04/jg/index.php i use this blade |
