| Moonlight DYI completed..... Well...Thanks to the post on this site I have completed my moonlight effect. I really like the effect that it gives the tank at night and also the small creatures seem to like it better too. I have also noticed a huge difference in my cleaner shrimp. They seem to be more active at night and also during the day. But the best part about it is I made it and the dang thing actually works. |

| Re: Moonlight DYI completed..... A trick I found while doing mine to stop the spotlight effect, you know how the LED's, come to a rounded pointy end?, grind, file, sand that end flat, then polish it to a glass like finish. I get a more spread out lighting, not the beams of light they usually put out. |
