| I think you are refering to the Dumas 3004 prop. It can be found at any hobby shop. I just picked up a Koralia 4 in a trade and was thinking of the same.
The only other prop that would be more is the Octura 2035. I examined the prop on the Hydor and it seems to be the same pitch as the Octura 1435 that is commonly used in maxi-modding.

| as long as you use same magnet, all you have to do is replace the prop on the end on the hydor |

The most important thingisthe flow pattern, for mj it will produce a long stream also jet like it coulddamsge some coral especially at around 2500+ for the koralia it still carries it flow pattern wide and strong it felt stronger than the maxijet so I would expect it to sit some where around 3k+ gph. |

not shure if it will work on the hydor but you could get rc boat prop from a local hobby shop to do the upgrades get several different sizes to see wich one works best for your powerhead |

| LIke I said you can upgrade the Koralia 4 to either the Octura 2035 or the Dumas 3004. |

| Watch it, I just added a brand new MJ 1200 with the algae-free kit on Saturday to my 55, supposed to be 2100 gph. I could only find one place in my tank where it wouldn't stir the sand up! It worked out great and I love it, lots of flow for one little ph, but after my day-long experience of moving sand I wouldn't buy a powerhead over the 2100 gph for a 55... just IMO. _________ 55 gallon slowly growing reef aquarium, 85 lbs. live rock, 2 1/2" sandbed, 1 False Percula Clown, 1 Sixline Wrasse, Tetratec PF500 filter, 2 110 watt URI Super Actinic VHO actinics, 2 250 watt metal halides with Reef Optix 2 reflectors powered by Blue Wave 3 ballast, born 1/3/08 My Tank Thread My Tank Video |
