foam back tank help

    if i were to foam the back of the tank.
    how would it stick to the back of the tank?
    i will put eggcrate on the back of the tank before the foam but how would it stick on the back of tank with out it falling down or moving around?

    im also going to put quikcrete over the foam so the lighting doesnt break down the foam

    whats the eggcrate for? I would just use aquarium safe silicone, kinda like glue...

    it is holding up great, only a few things i would change, I would add way more rock to the back, I would have made a built in cave but since mine was so small i couldnt fit a good size one in there, also i first did a layer of reg sand then white sand then a mixtures of both, i would just use the mixture, and i would use way more epoxy, cause the third layer of sand i put on is kinda coming off, i would soak it first for a few days to get off all of the excess sand. But the base layer is staying on solid just some of the extra layers have brushed off. But it is holding up great, wasnt too hard, just takes time to give everything the proper set times, the epoxy the silicone and everything.

    can i get the epoxy at homedepot and places like that?
    ill put more epoxt and more LR

    get the becketts black pond foam from depot though it is uv protected and reef safe
