Default Easier way of removing baffles?

Hey guys, I'm currently working on customizing the current sump that I bought off a local reefer. I was just curious if anyone had some tips on removing the baffles already siliconed into space? At the moment i'm just using a razor blade and slicing away at the silicon, however it's difficult (near impossible) from my efforts so far to reach the silicon on the inner sides of the baffles facing each other..... I hope that made sense . Either way, I'm able to get them out just takes a really long time. Hopefully someone has an easier way and if not? Oh well gotta keep plugging away at it

Thx in advance,

Alex

I use this grout removal tool from Lowe's only $9.00. Just be careful with the pressure, the carbide can scratch the glass.

note to self and to others...... always wear proper eye protection and work gloves when working with glass... I was lucky this time, the baffle snapped into pieces on my slicing my hand... fortunately not bad.

hehe thx, at least i didn't need that baffle was a little too large for my liking, managed to save the other too, currently doing a water test on the the rest of the tnak just to make sure I didn't accidentally take off to much silicone and/or stress the tank out too much while removing the baffles . Should be able to pick up some new pieces of glass for the sump if it passes the leak test
