Will the fish be OK in water? Hey, per the suggestion of everyone, I'm going to remove my undergravel plates and my uplifts in hopes that it will reduce nitrate issues. I have a shallow sand bed - only 1 to 2 inches deep. My question is, do you think it would be OK, for my fish and inverts and corals to leave them in the tank when I do it? Will the mixture of the sand that's disrupted into the water column and whatever is in it bad for them? Should I do it before my water change that I also have scheduled that day? I want to do this tomorrow, so any quick responses would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
