Here was one of my fun discoveries of the day. The 600 gallon (750 with sump) demo tank had hair algae of unimaginable proportions. Phosphates were OUTRAGEOUS!!! I knew the number of fish that have been in the system so how on earth were the phosphates so high??? It was filled and topped off with RO/DI water. Basically, the store manager had put a protein skimmer in the sump but never fully assembled it and never turned it on. Basically, it was brand new except for being wet. _________ Curt |

I could give you prices like you would never imagine. However, after adding the 3 dollars per gallon price you would have to pay, you would have to buy a lot of fish/corals to break-even on the trip. |
