Rectal Prolapse= the part of the large intestine that attaches at the rectum inverts itself and pushes out of your anus. And when it does, it swells from edema or fluid build up in its tissues if its out long enough. It can swell to 3-4 times its size making it difficult to reinsert. Thats why you use sugar to pull the fluid out and shrink it down so you can push it back into the rectum before it becomes necrotic and dies.

Default feeding at the sewer line

HI,
I was checking out the sump returns ,and skimmers while the power was off. whilest I was feeding the main tank and the snails had learned that food comes down the tube to the sump soon after the pumps are off, , so here they were all in a semi circle with about 6 shrimp waiting for me to start the pump,
I did'nt think they were that smart but if I stop the pumps everyone rushes the return tube to get dibs on the stuff that comes after it starts up again...
It reminds me of those wagon train cicrles in the old cowboy movies.circle them wagons the indians are attacking weehooo. ....

whooops now you know how old I am (black and white movies)

Mental note...try to never suffer from this condition. Ouch.

i bought a seahare to take care of an algae problem and after all algae was gone it started eatting my green star polyps.strange?maybe.but not as strange as when i tried to remove it with a net.it would not let go and after 10 minutes of trying to get it off the coral it finally got mad enough to jab the net with this long thorn like thing that came out of its opening in its top side.i had no idea they had any kind of weaponry like that.its now back at the store and my gsp have grown back.

If that was in aquarium, the is really weird!
