Default sucking goby

Has anyone ever heard of a diamond goby being sucked in a protein skimmer?i had mine just 2 days in the tank get sucked up last nite.im soooooooooo pissed off now.i dont know if i should buy another.im having a bad week i guess.

Was he sucked up alive? I just don't see a protein skimmer doing that to a live fish and wouldn't it have some sort of screen on? I do like the diamond gobies and almost bought one awhile back but I'm going to hold off for a mandarin --- thinking of only adding 3 more fish. I mandarin and 2 clowns -- rest coral

he was alive and fine when i came in last nite from work.he was swiming in and out of his lil cave he made.this morning im looking for the lil guy and i couldnt find him.i moved the rock a bit with a fish net to see if he was i his lil hiding place and nothing so i start freaking out thinking he may have jumped out somewhere.then i just happen to check my skimmer box and there he was in the maxi jet.
