Yeah, but you have to buy fish, sand, rock, corals, ans whatever you wish to sell. Also, how the hell are you supposed to get fish from the top row of tanks? _________  | |

but the fish and coral etc all pay for them selves - i know my lfs has a 300% mark up!! | |

yea dont forget the extra 50k+ for live stock and other things you will have to add cant sell things you dont have and you have to pay for everything upfront | |

What does " The shop is available for a rent of 45k per annum " mean? WOW, so he wants 45k up front and 45k every yr. Sounds like a franchise to me without the "famous" name behind it. I would like to smoke the same stuff he's smoking, should give a nice buzz.  | |
