| It's just wrong I have a bone to pick with Catalina Aquarium. I just got my new lights from them today and they failed to provide either A: 1 bottle of eye drops/artificial tears, or B: a disclamier stating that they are not responsible for potential health problems stemming from dried out eyes. Seriously, I just can't stop staring at my live rock etc with the new lights on. It seems like everything has changed in my tank! This is probably old hat to you guys but because this is the first reef tank I've had, I'm just amazed. Simple minds .... Simple pleasures right?!?

| Photos I got the Catalina Ultralight 4x65w PC fixture for my 55 gal w/ 2 450nm actinics and 2 7200k daylights. I dont have a description yet because I haven't quite figured out how to edit my signature, and No pics because I have to figure out how to take decent shots with the new camera I got for my wife for Christmas. As soon as these pieces fall into place, I will have both for you guys.

| Beautiful items Well as far as beautiful items go.... So far I only have 4 pc live rock maybe 18-20 lbs and some base rock I got on a whim from one of the LFS, 5 yellowtail damsels (3 going to a friends tank when he gets it ready), 1 scooter blenny, 8 blue leg hermits (who change shells more often than my wife changes outfits), 1 mexican turbo, and 3 snails that I THINK are astrea's (when I bought them I got the only employee in the store who didnt know a lot about fish, so he told me they were "just plain snails" Its all of the little growing things on my rock that are keeping me amazed.

| Lucky you! I just got an Odyssea 4x96 had to re-wire the whole dang thing and it still trips my breaker. Get what you pay for I guess. It lights up the nothing I have in my tank real well though.

Life in tank soon to come when lighting gets figured out | If it trips your breaker it your house wiring, not the fixture, the only thing that could do that is the ballast...highly unlikley. _________ Yes, tiny has an 11" legspan...... |

I have arc trip breakers in the bedroom, which these lights trip. Good news though, replaced the breaker and no more tripping! I did have to re-wire the lights though because when they came they did not work at all, and upon inspection I saw that some of the connections were not made.
But, were in business now.
Thanks Ray |
