| I found the stars do much better in a full blown reef. I currently have about 12 of them between 12-16 in. During the day your lucky to spot 1 or 2. But at night I toss in some larger spectrum pellets (that the fish can't eat) and they all come out. It is pretty sweet to watch. You can basically feed them anything. But you do need to feed them. Just don't get the green one as it will trap and eat some of your fish.

  | I myself never quarentened snails shrimp or anything like that but have given them a lot longer acclimation then fish. A slower acclimation is better for them. _________ karla 75 gall, 80 lbs sand, 110 lb lr, 10k pcs, atinics, emperor 400, prizm skimmer, hagen and maxi jet powerheads |
