| Any back up power is good, but IMO, the generator is the best. _________ 9YR OLD 90G/55g custom sump/refug Mag18 Aquac 180skimmer 692w MH AC jr,yel&kole tang,midas&convict blenny,B&G chromies,Blk/yel fin chromie blackcap,nemo,neon goby,6line; Blastomussa Merleti,Acan ,BUBBLE,Torch,LTA, Acropora(2) Moon, assort zoas, yel& G star polyps, P&B ricordia, montiporas, cup&candy corals, xenias,B/G mush,flower ane(2), cherry red mussa, dusters,cleaning crew.. |

| Generator but make sure you have plenty of gas on had because a gas station can't pump gas without electricity either. Best thing to do is get one that runs on LP. You can get that without electricity. _________ Scott 265g (Peninsula)

| natural gas generator connected to the house that either just runs specific circuits or the whole house and only turns on when the power is out and uses the houses natural gas. no more power outages.

It has saved me a couple of times. Auto on auto off.
