Default Need Help!

Ok I've come to my breaking point.

I've been losing SPS for the last 2 months. Then Last night my 7 year old Hammer Coral is turning to mush and dieing as well.

I've checked everything
My water is good
Ammonia 0.0
Nitrites 0.0
Nitrates 0.0
Phosphates >0.03
PH 8.0 -> 8.4
Temp 79.0
SG 35 or 1.026
CA 430
ALk 8 DKH
MAG 1350

I have checked for AEFW and Red bugs
I have stopped the use of Zeovit
Installed a 40W UV sterilizer
I'm running 1L of GFO and 1L of Carbon
performing 2X 40G water changes a week

I've lost 95% of all SPS and now it appears as though my LPS are next.
Through out the this whole situation my Hammer has not extended it's polyps fully.
Fish inverts and Clams all seem unaffected

Looking for any suggestions

Thanks
Jason

I'm keeping an eye on this to, just had the exact same thing happen, all my sps' died and my hammer was gone within 24 hours after, anem's clams and fish seem like their all fine though, only thing i found with my tank was the venturi on the skimmer had some blockage again but thats pretty normal for my tank

Sorry to hear that, sounds horrible. I know you're no newbie but to point out the obvious just in case

Have you doublechecked your parameters against another set of kits or brand of test kits? Doublechecked your temp on another thermometer, and used another calibrated refractometer to check salinity?

stop the carbon, do 25% water change, and dip all coral. at this point you have nothing to lose! heres a question through, have you recently changed your water source? I had a tank crash after buying or water at a different place. I almost lost all my sps but this corrected it and i only lost one peice. left my tank alone for a week after the 25% change. also my sps dont tolerate carbon well. sorry about your luck hope this helps.

Thanks for the concern all.

Screwtape, Yes I have, Being that I've been burned by that is the past. I have 2 sets of test kits along with 2 LFS results. All where conclusive. I have tested the Temp with 3 thermometers and Have 2 different Salinity devises on my system

Good suggestions. Keep them coming

No Water source is the same. I did how ever replace my RO and DI once problem was notice.

Please explain the reason to stop running Carbon? Also I can not do a 25% water change as I do not have the ability to replace 100G of water. But I will try a 60G water change. My RO/DI reservoir is 60G. I will use that rather than my current 40G

Thanks Divott,
I have replaced the bulbs 3 different times. Because when my problems began it was shortly after a bulb change. I then purchased Giesman 14K bulbs and now have the trusted XM 10Ks.
