Default My Uncle Is Converting!

Hello all...well after a long time of fresh water my uncle wants to give the salties a chance!... he has a 35gal hex thats like 2.5 feet tall...(maybe a mh pendant) and well any suggestions on what he can do, he says that when the 2 last fish bite the bucket hes cone convert

I knew a person with a 55 hex salt, he built the reef in the center so fish could swim all the way around the reef and they would all day long, it was lit by a crazy 400 watt pendant hood with one or two short actinic florescent bulbs
