my new life rock

I just went to Tampa Bay saltwater to get live/base rock. They let us wait at the door for an hour and felt so guilty that on top of the wait they had to tell us that they didn't get any new rock in this weak. So to make up for that they gave us an extra deal... $1.50 / lbs for all the rock that was there

Since I was one of the first I got 30 pounds of very pretty rock for 45 dollars and I even got a real big brittle star free that was on the rock.

I'm just real happy and had to tell that to somebody

That sounds great. What kind of rock is it? Show us some pics. That kind of stuff almost never happens to me.

yeah, there was one absolutely perfect fully purple rock with all kinds of good stuff on it. about 10-15 lbs and nicely flat perfect to build a cave. And somebody else saw it first :/ but well, you can't have everything
It's in a tub right now. I wanna watch it a little and make sure there are no mantis' on them. I'll take a pic as soon as it's in my tank.

Awesome. Thats a great deal considering I paid 365 bucks for 90 pounds from liveaquaria. But the rock I got is awesome.

Lets see I can move to Florida but I have to deal with huricanes but wait I get cheap LR. If I want to Cherry Pick I have to pay $6/lb.
