Default ID This guy for me please

Hey there, i think he is a majidae crab but not too sure... He has come from some new live rock i added to the tank... He is about 1cm long by about 2cm wide ( with leg span )

Can anyone let me know if he is good or bad???

It looks like a majidae crab. Its a type of ornamental(decorator) crab. Im not 100% that they are reef safe. IMO any crab other then a hermit is not reef safe. ALL crabs are omnivores. I recently fed my emerald crabs to trigger fish after I caught one EATING my prized stomatella. It had the shell in one claw, and using the other to eat it.

oh, however, if you have a fish die, they will eat it so you think it disappeared. They are scavengers.
