Default Help with a fat goby

I have a 3 month old tank with an obese neon goby. Any suggestions? Will it eat itself to death? I have only been feeding it once every other day and it doesn't seem to help. Is it ok for it to have a swollen belly?

I have seen this "fat goby"...i dont think its parasites. Fish just seems to eat and eat and eat until its stomach buldges. If u skip a day here and there the buldge goes down.

The Fish does live in one of the rather upity suburbs of Ohio. Soon the fish will get a motorized chair to get around in the tank and balloon to 400lbs. lol
