World's Largest Marine Reserve Declared Ray Lilley in Wellington, New Zealand

The tiny Pacific islands nation of Kiribati declared the world's largest marine protected area Thursday—a California-sized ocean wilderness that includes pristine reefs and eight coral atolls teeming with fish and birds.
The reserve conserves one of Earth's last intact oceanic coral archipelago ecosystems.
Kiribati Environment Minister Tetapo Nakara said the government wanted to conserve the area's "biological diversity."
"The coral reefs and bird populations of the islands are unique, virtually untouched by man—a true wilderness of natural beauty," he said Thursday in announcing the marine reserve. The size of California, that is a humongous reserve. Also it cools that the islands have not been touched by humans so it must have some pretty awesome ecosystem  _________ 90 gallon tank with center overflows, 44 gallon custom sump/fuge, Tek T5 retrofit 4x54 bulbs, Reef Octopus nw200 protein skimmer, Iwaki WMD40RLXT return pump (changed to panworld 100pxx),Knop c ca reactor, PA light house controller.

Thats good, I just wonder how long would it take for us to F#*k it up. I dont want to sound negative, but its only a matter of time. I really hope Im wrong. That is awesome! Very pretty place. My hubby, a few years back had a chance to work on Christmas Island which is next to that Island(I could move there too), but it was too far away from his aging parents _________ Got Questions? Need Answers?
