Curious.. does it matter if you don't mash it? I use bio pure brine shrimp cubes. I have just been cutting and breaking a 1/3 of a cube with scissors and scatter directly into the tank. We don't have extreme cold here so just breaking it up seems to come fairly easy. Also I have been feeding each day (1/3 cube frozen one day/pinch of granules the next). I'd be lucky if it took them 15-20seconds to devour. Am I feeding too regularly?
I have 1 Nemo, 2 Yellowtailed Damsels, 4 Domino Damsels and 1 snail (I removed the worms) in a 120litre tank with 12 kilos LR.
