Re: Feeding I think once per day is sufficient. Twice may be better, but sparingly. I hope you are not only feeding brine shrimp? That is not very nutritious
I feed frozen mysis shrimp, Formula one and two cubes (just a little piece at a time, not the whole cube), Cyclopeeze, occasional brine shrimp - live, and Prime Reef Flake food. When I have seafood for dinner, I also will chop up some raw for the fishies and corals  I also put some dried seaweed in once per week for my bristletooth tang.
