Some punk at the school put some change in the tank and the shark choked on it...or died for some other ....having change in its stomach reason... Lets see...
Mashed fingers moving tanks.
Cut on glass, coral or rocks.
Z_Z_Z_Zapped multiple times.
Burned on MH.
Bitten enough to draw blood. I had an old Clown Trigger and a Red Bellied Piranha from my FW days that took some big chunks out of me while cleaning. Come to think of it a Snowflake nipped me when being hand fed. I don't know who was more surprised.
Stung by various critters. Mostly bristle worms and the like. I've avoided the Lion Fish.
Mild toxic reactions from handling some zoas with out gloves that didn't like the idea.

What did I miss?

Sounds like I've just had some good luck. I've been bitten by a puffer that took a chunk of skin and various stings by bristleworms. Perhaps a few minor burns by bulbs, but that's it.
