| Epsom Salts birdlady gave me a link the other day pertaining to recipes to use for low pH, alklinity etc.
My pH is running too low and I was wanting to use the Epsom salts that birdlady uses but I need to know how much to use. I've ready a bunch of links and don't remember where her post was.
So birdlady, if you are out there could you give me that link again, or do any of you know ?
Thanks! Cindy

Cindy,
You would normally use Epsom Salts to raise Magnessium levels :-) Are you sure it was ES and not Baking Soda or something like that?

| Re: Epsom Salts For some reason i thought it was epson salts. My mag is a little low too so I guess I can still use some of it and then soak my feet in the rest of it.
Thanks for the link. I made sure I made a copy of it this time.
