| Cyclop-eeze (how do you use it?) Hey guys I got some whole freeze dried cyclop-eeze. I ordered it. I remember somebody talking about how good it was on here maybe gresham? don't know. I have one question though how do you use it?
There are no feeding directions on the can and I don't want to make a mess or just use it improperly. Does any body use this? If so then how do you use it?
Do you mix it with water and use it like D.T.'s or what thanks guys for any help!!!! _________ 55 Gal. | Re: Cyclop-eeze (how do you use it?) Guess it depends what you want to feed with it
I thaw it in a little tank water and draw it up a pipette to target feed, however, my Chevron Tang follows the end around and eats big gulps of it! LOL!
Then I just dump the rest into the tank.
Perhaps others do differently? _________ I Love My Sig By John Hawkins!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Re: Cyclop-eeze (how do you use it?) Thaw? See mine is like a powder with bigger clumps in it no need to thaw as it is not frozen but freeze dried
But I assume I would do the same with the powder just ?how much?
I will have to try some out a little and see does it make your skimmer go nuts and boil over?
Thanks again for the help I can't believe there are no feeding instructions at all on the product! |

| Re: Cyclop-eeze (how do you use it?) basically you would use it just like the frozen type as for how much? just start out with a little and go from there is what i would do.

| Re: Cyclop-eeze (how do you use it?) I use the same kind..( freeze dryed in a can)
I target feed with a baster. Little bit goes a long ways. alot seems to go to the top of the tank and just leach into the water. Use sparingly to avoid overfeeding. It does have great nutritional value for your corals and excellent for your fishes health.
