| custom powerhead hangers Anybody have powerhead hangers that you have made either with acrylic or some other plastic. I been trying to make some out of acrylic that will hang on the frame of the tank, but my acrylic skills are very baaaad!!
Oh yeah this would be for maxi Jets

| The latest one that I bought came with a hanger. I'm not sure about the others I don't remember. Maybe there is a way to order just the hangers. |

My Maxi jets come with 10,000 hangers but they are all designed for euroreefs. Or they clip too close to the surface. So I'm stuck with the suction cups.
Yes they fall all the time.
There was a design out on the net but I could never get a pic so I didn't bother

| I've had the same thoughts...to make some acrylic hangers of some sort for powerheads. The hangers that come with the maxijets don't fit ove the edge of my 210. Suction cups suck!! Theyt stick when you don't want them to, and don't stick when you need them to. My feeling is that you can't trust them to stay put. If anyone comes up with some good ideas, let me know! _________ |

| Exactly, suction cups work for a certain period of time, but then the crap out.
I think I will try again making some acrylic powerhead hangers. My first set were very choppy.......
