  | I must say I dont think the first picture is hydra, however I am not sure what it could be. Are we talking about the star like things or the yellow thing? Hydras however dont match the looks of either of them. Pic two kinda looks like a meaty algea. Pic three, well I dont know what you want id from in this pic theres alot of things in it. |

| Hydroids is what Birchell meant, I think. Staurocladia
Looks like there's a red flatworm (planaria) right next to it too. Picture 3 has some fan worms in it and what looks to be another type of macro algae. |

| Thanks for the help. I'm talking about both in picture 1, the yellow one mostly, I think it is a slug of some type. Picture 3, yes I'm sorry for the shot, what I mean is the tree looking thing in there with the tube worm. Kinda look like a little tree and at the end of the branches are little feather duster looking things, they pivot with the water movement, very strange looking. I will try and get a better shot. |

| The yellow thing is a flatworm (planaria). Hopefully, you won't have an outbreak because they can become unsightly if they reproduce en masse. I still think that the third picture is some sort of macro algae with feather dusters growing on it but a better picture would help. |
