The mounting for whatever reason does make a difference. Maybe because they are made in china junk but mount it horizontal and you will have less problems with the resetting of it.

cool.....thx man...I`m sending some pics of the timer and the batch number to the manufacturer today, will see if they send a new one out. But like ya said.....JUNK
