closed loop circulation

I was thinkin about using a closed loop on my upcoming 180-190 gal reef tank...i just wanted to hear some opinions about closed loops from people who have used them or have a deep knowledge of the cl.

they are great! I like the look compared to powerheads! also another + is that there isnt really a chance of zapping your tank cause there is no power heads in the tank... get it? loL!

if you are going to all that trouble then you'd be ahead of the game going with a ocean motion to get a full true oscillating current and gain full benefits and not just blasting a single spot that will kill the corals

I agree on the ocean motions the problem is their a bit expensive but hey youre setting up a 180+ most things are going to expensive.
