Default A chance for new light!
My friend is upgrading his tank so, his 1.5 month old MH+PC combo is for sell. He bought it from aquatrader. The link below is the exact same one, with 2x130 watt PC instead of the 4x96w in the pic.

Check it out!

It's 5' long and my tank is 6'. He's selling it for $300.

For me it's the money, but I don't want to get it and have to upgrades later on. The wattages is good, but some people said it has catch on fire before.

What do you all think!

Started on Jan 24, cycled on Feb 17

125 gallons (72" x 18" x 22"), 20 gallons sump, 29 gallons fuge. 90 lbs sugar fine sand in MT and 30 in fuge.

Equipments:
Coralife Super Skimmer 220 w/ an air pump to increase micro bubbles, Mag drive 9.5 return pump
2 Maxi 900 and Rio+ 2100 as powerheads, Mag 350 filter

Lighting:
110watts PC, 70watts NO

Resident:
2 Polyps Ricordia
Royal Gramma, Lawnmower Blenny
Sally Light Foot
Pepermint Shrimp
70 Blue Leg Hermits
25 Snails

Well that would definitely be plenty of light for just about anything you wanted to keep. Get a good clean up crew ready tho, you will have a pretty big algae bloom.

Actually, I am going for T5-HO, cause of the less heat and the way less electricity bill. Thanks!
