carbon/sponge

How often do you guys change the carbon and sponge. My sponge doesn't get very dirty and I rinse it out a couple time a week same as the carbon.

rinse your sponge out every couple of days and depending upon what you are using the carbon for, change it accordingly. if you are just running the carbon for your single leather or to keep your tank clear...i'd say once every one to two weeks is fine. you could also look at the directions for use that the company provides on the product you purchased if you are still in question....
