I don't know if I would use it 24/7 as it will deplete your tank of beneficial trace elements and minerals. Use it maybe a couple times a month is all. You need to remember that when you use carbon, it removes the yellowish tint to your water which in effect increases the lighting intensity to your corals, possibly resulting in the bleaching of certain corals!
