Can Anybody tell me what this is? I know it isn't the best picture. It is black it has 2 feelers on it's head with a white dot in the center, It crawls very slowly on my rock and it leaves a blackish gray raised material on the rock as it moves! What is this thing???

Looking at the link that Matt sent to me all the picks of Chiton don't have feelers on there head. This thing has 2 distinct feelers that you can see moving around and from what I can see of the body it looks kind of soft and worm like not hard like the Chiton.

The antannae make me think you have some type of nudibranch or polyclad flatworm. I can't give you a better idea without a closer picture. Here are some ID sites.

Is there any way you can put a glove on and pull it off your rock. Put it in a clear container and take another picture, but close up? I'm thinking nudibranch, but it is hard to say at such a distance. Also, is the trail being left behind, slimey, or is it egg like, or waste like? Just trying to narrow the choices down.

I was able to see this a little better on this picture but it is still hard to say. Here's what we up against if it is a nudibranch http://www.seaslugforum.net/species.htm and these are only a few of the species. It can be quite difficult to find the correct family, subfamily, etc. much less the individual species without a closeup picture.
