| What are your other water parameters such as alkalinity, pH, Mg, etc?
How often are you doing water changes and what are you using to replace the calcium? Have you checked to see if your test kit is accurate? _________ 75g reef with Nova Extreme 8 bulb HO T-5 lighting, refuge, Remora skimmer, DSB, Seio powerheads, Acro's, LPS corals, assorted zoo's & mushrooms, Yellow Tang, Maroon Clown, Blue Cleaner Goby , Cleaner, Fire and Sexy Shrimp, Coco Worm, T.Crocea Clam, Derasa Clam

You need to know what your alk is then read my favorite article on this subject. Enjoy http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/nov2002/chem.htm

| Try another brand for testing calcium. Check your alkalinity as mentioned above, the two go hand in hand. Perform a water change. What type of calcium are you using? Also when doing a water change, Reef Crystals and Kent's salt have more calcium as well as other trace minerals, than most other salt mixes. _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F. | Alk and Mg are important. If the Mg is insufficient the CA percipitates out.
