Buying on Ebay Falc-marine

Just a warning to people out there. Dont buy from ebay member falc-marine (Dan Stalfire).
"Rapidly pulsing Xenia"
The xenia he sent me was a 1/2 inch pityful thing and dead. I paid $20 for next day and he sent it 2 day. It has been months and I have had no response from him. He tricked me into retracting my negative feedback saying he would only refund if i did. Still no refund. Paypal will not refund money because their policy doesnt cover live animals.
There are plenty of honest sellers out there that will tell you xen MUST ship next day.

This guy pretends to be a small op kinda thing but apparently lists himself as CEO of various companies

to bad you can't buy all his auctions and not pay him. that would teach him a leason as he would have to be the e-bay fee still. but he would get out of it when he files a complaint aginst you. if you lived in PA i would give you some of mine!

Have you reported him/her to Ebay ? I deal a lot of electronic and specialty equipment there and service others component's also I knew of one up in Canada who stuck a few people they took him to task.. made it all right as did Pay Pal. If you used that.. When you set up a pay pal dealer commercial account you have laws that apply to you.

i paid using paypal, and filed a complaint. Paypal doesnt cover live auctions. Not alot i can do, but just warn others not to buy from him.

Is your paypal account linked to your checking account, credit card or........? I ask because if it's linked to a credit card, you can have the credit card company issue you a charge back.

amcarrig, I Used a paypal balance. That was the same thought i had.
