    It seems like it would be a lot of work for a little bit of meat. When I was in Cairns visiting friends, I dined on "Reef Fish". I didn't bother asking my host what kind it was. I didn't care and it was TASTY! :D

    I sometimes catch porkfish or triggerfish while fishing, I eat anything that I catch, so I don't feel that bad that I am eating "reef fish". They taste pretty good as well.

    Sometimes I chuckle when I see them for $30 bucks online ::). Same as lookdown fish for $130 (I would catch them at the bridge all the time)
