im looking to find out the best feeding techniques, times, how often, what? Ive been doing a lot of different things the past year... want to get down to a strict schedule... post your thoughts, or what you do

i have galaxea, torch coral, candy cane, finger leather, devils hand, clove polyps, yellow polyps, some zoos, sun polyps, lps cup, bubble tip anemone, flower pot (dying ) a few mushrooms, a crocea clam, feather duster and coco worm and variety of inverts and fish.... i have most frozen foods on the market, formula 1 pellets, spirlina flakes, marine snow, zooplex, phytoplex, chroma plex, and micro vert
