| aquascapping glue just trying to bond some of my building rock / live rock together also attach some frag base anyone ever use some glue that they found at maybee a hardware store or am I destined to buy somthink online oh any brand suggestions would nice _________
55gl skimmerless, 80lbs live rock, DIY wavemaker running 3x MJ1200 with hydor deflector.
2 DIY fluidized reactors Carbon & ROWAphos
LIghts- 2x 50/50 atinics T10's , 2x life gro T10's ,
1x20,000K T12, 1x6,000K T10.

| you'd have to leave the rock out of water until it isw fully cured (48 hours) but you can use gorilla glue...go sparingly that stuff expands!!! Holds it together great! You can trim the excess after it's dried, but not too much or it weakens the bond. I did mine. My engineer goby would knock my rockwork down with all digging and tunnel making!
not sure about the frag base though, sorry |

| thanks cuttingras,
I wish I had of had the forsight to glue my base rock together befor I had set the tank up . gorilla glue I think Ive seen that somewhere thanks. |

| remember that conglomeration of rock you glue together will be heavy. Depending on how much you are gluing, you may need an extra pair of hands when placing it..... Have fun!!!! |

| could drill holes in the rock and use pvc pipe to connect them, many configurations that way. i use regular gel super glue to attach frags to the live rock. corals grow right over it.

| go to Your Canadian Aquarium Supply Specialists!! they sell an appoxy that u can use underwater, it's also purple to match coraline. I have used it, it works well. Read the instructions first of course. _________ 20g
