| Aquarium Laser System I saw this at the lfs and couldn't believe what I was looking at. Now you, yes you!, can subject your fish to a permanent disco-tech environment!!!!
Now that you have seen that, try to swallow everything in the quote - Quote: |
The MiracleBeam™ Aquarium Laser System is the most revolutionary aquarium device in the world today. After years of testing on tropical fish (fresh and saltwater), the MiracleBeam™ Aquarium Laser System was developed to enhance the color, life span, disease resistance, and growth rate of all your tropical fish. The MiracleBeam™ Laser reproduces a spectrum of the Sun's natural light that is inherent in tropical and reef environments. The MiracleBeam™ Laser System should be left on 8 to 12 hours per day for maximum effectiveness. (May be left on continuously).

| Re: Aquarium Laser System I've been waiting for some one to post about this. Did you read the claims? Yah, its gonn a make my fish wanna hump, right(that claim is on the box). Why, cuz its a club environment. Seriuosly, I sold around 15 of those units, over half to my friends. Exspensive, and about 1/4 will end up leaking within 1/2 year. Algae grows on the lense real quick, so you need to keep them accessable, and the cord is short. Don't buy the purple color, it hardly shows up. the laser is quit bright, but that darn short cord makes placing real hard. I ended up giving mine 2 sets to Matt(Anne;s Matt, MattR) for visual displays at his house parties. He loves em.

| Re: Aquarium Laser System [glow=Maroon, 1, 90%]I just cannot believe that they claim it will help fish spawn and help the eggs hatch!!! It is incredible that someone thought that putting a laser light show on an aquarium would have ANY effect, but possibly a negative one if left on too long!!![/glow]

| Re: Aquarium Laser System Has anyone tried it in conjunction with Marc Weis's black powder? It should work way better IMO. |
