Default anyone identify this thing?

i know the picture sux.. could not get good focused closeup. its about the size of a nickle with an almost transparent color to it. comes out of a hole in the LR and its edges are flat and even. Kind of like a handheld fan has been rolled up an stuck in there. even its side has the fold look to it. Thought it was an aneneme(SP>?) but there are no tenticles and sort of resembles a fether duster without the color.
