any idea for a trap for copods

I have hundreds of little creatures in my refugium and i want to trap some, maybe every other week to add to my main tank. I added a Mandrain and i want to keep him fat since my main tank is still getting strangled by hair algae. Any ideas?

I transport pod's from work to home using feather cal....i take th cal out, flip it upside down and the pods drain out of the feather ca with the water. Or i sit a sponge in the tank at work for a week or so and take it home and put it in my tank. for the big pods, i catch em with a big syringe or turkey baster, very time consuming but worth while for the health of my fish.
