As far as I can tell they are called MOJANO anemone's and are just as bad as Aiptasia anemone's!!!! One thing though about these anemones is they are very beautiful and remain small-though they will injure fish and corals. They will reproduce and spread, however if you keep your eye open and watch for them and keep them under control you can keep them...I have two of them and they haven't grown or spread and I keep them in an area by themselves-they are not very light dependent and are very hardy(if only all of our corals etc. were this easy)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would see if anyone in your area has these anemone's before purchasing them online...save your money for something else if I were you though as you wouldn't spend money on aiptasia, i wouldn't for Majano either IMO(can keep them under control with Joe's Juice or comporable solution).

That also scares me a bit. I had a few red ones and green ones that the lfs told me were little anemone's all on one rock. After putting in my tank it took about 2 days for them to eject and replant them selves all over the place. I'm finally down to 1 or 2 that pop up ever few weeks in different areas after being injected with joe's juice.

Well when it comes to anenomes im hesitant to begin with and ive had dealings with aptasia before. Im just wondering if this guy shuld be selling them on ebay like that. I know hes put several bids up and hes selling them like wildfire when he puts them up.

Joe's Juice basically does the same thing as kalkwasser! Use a syringe and inject the liquid into the mouth of the anemone and it will kill the anemone's. Vinegar and hot water, I believe, also works. You can pick up Kalkwasser and Joe's Juice at most pet shops!

I've seen a lot of these anemones being sold on Ebay and elsewhere and as has been mentioned before, they can become as much of a pest as majanos. I would never add them unless I was running an anemone only tank and even then I'd think twice about it because they reproduce so quickly.

Karlas, I have seen them being sold in pet shops in the area as they have no idea what they are, as well as other websites...You really have to be careful and cover all your angles before you buy something because as I have found out, many people working at pet shops really are clueless and only interested in the almighty dollar and suckering you out of it...best defense is knowledge going forward!
