If it's the tank Tangster and I are thinking about, the name of the person who helped him set it up is Colin Dunlop (aka Octomonkey on many forums and who can be found on TONMO.com: The Octopus News Magazine Online). As has been mentioned, Colin just wrote an article for Tropical Fish Hobbiest magazine (I think) on breeding betta fish.

Is anyone else curious about his Deltec Eco Cooler?
I've never seen those before. The stats are impressive.. (it only uses around 38 watts!) I think I need to add that to the 3reef Radar asap.

No not yet But I /we where asked to try and come up with a effecient chiller for a large system. The Fish &aquarium industry is sucking hind teat here. If youy took the average aquarium chiller and had to evalurate the effeciency as the EPA requires a Central A/C in SEER units then they would average 6 maybe 7 on the bettwr ones. I just placed a order for the Chiller barrel to connect to aq 1.5 ton Heat Pump.. (: 14 seer and will cool and heat the water (: at a fraction of the cost a off the shelf chiller.. I installed a few at a local school and it cut them way down on Cost of operation.
