    Hey guys,

    Just wanted to let you know about a very positive experience I've had with this 3reef sponsor. I called them last week with a ton of questions about buying an RODI system. The guy I talked to, can't remember his name but he did give it to me, was very friendly, patient, and knowledgable. After hanging up and giving it some thought, I decided to buy one of the home/reef systems. I ordered it on line, it shipped that same day and I got it when they said I would even thogh it shipped from Florida to Washington. Air, Water & Ice made sure I knew it had shipped via email and provided me with a UPS tracking number. It was a very positive experience for me. It's been my experience in the past that customer service is usually "customer no service". Not so with Air, Water, and Ice. I'll install the system today when I get the time. The instructions for installation are simple and easy to understand.:cheesy:
