Adding more base rock q's

Hey guys, been a while since i posted. see if i remember how to I'm adding more base rock to my tank and was wondering how to go about adding it. It's aragonite rock never been in a tank before. I think it's dead coral?? Anyways, do i need to cure this stuff or just throw it in?

Just toss it in Might want to rinse it a bit in r.o. water first though.

Agreed, if it is dead, then no harm in putting right in. Will become live soon enough
